About transmittal workflow

Project Portal supports the following industry-standard transmittal workflow between a Document Controller within the owner/operator organization and transmittal recipients within a contractor organization. The tasks performed by each person are listed in the corresponding column.

	Download the transmittal Acknowledge the transmittal Extract the documents and metadata file from the transmittal package Create revisions or new documents Update the metadata file Create a new archive file for the submittal package Create a submittal
Download the submittal Approving or reject the submittal Close the transmittal
